Event 255 – Christmas Day 2019

Ho Ho Ho, merry Xmas everyone. Great turn out for the Christmas Day Park Run, well done to all that sacrificed their Xmas morning breakfast and put in an appearance. Mother nature was kind enough to put on a great day for us and even Santa turned up to help with the Bar Codes - thanks Santa! A huge thanks to all those wonderful volunteers who made this extra run possible and if you wish to indulge in more Mince Pies over the festive season, you had better turn up for the next park run, this Saturday. You could even have an extra helping of Xmas Pud and do the double Park run next Wednesday, if your keen. Happy running everyone :) Kate Jenkins

This week 136 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 17 were first timers and 18 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 9 different clubs took part.
