Last week my family weren’t at parkrun as we were at the Tarawera Ultra Marathon my dad did 100 miles in the time of 29:55 my mum, older sister and older brother did the 50km and they did great. Me and my younger sister would have loved to have a run too but are too young at the moment. I have to wait 3 more years. Sam Yeomen also did the 100km in 12:56 and came 80th, he’s really fast and was first at Kapiti a couple of weeks ago. Dad said there were other Kapiti parkrunners there too, but he wasn’t sure of their names. If you were there, please put event in the comments and how you went.

See you next week Daniel O’Sullivan (10 years old) parkrunner
