Well done to all athletes who completed the parkrun course on Saturday, Well done to all the first timers, hope you enjoyed the course and will return in the future.
A huge congratulations to James Spencer on completing his 50th run as well as to Tony Farmer on completing his 100th run.
Well done to Andrew Ross, John Brunton, Randall Walker, Carmel Leonard, Daniel O'Sullivan(my brother) and George Mason on getting new personal records.
Well done to everyone that was out there, hope to see you all next Saturday.
This week 82 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 8 were first timers and 6 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 7 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Isaac MURPHY who recorded a time of 16:02 on 26th August 2017 (event number 131).
The female record is held by Hannah OLDROYD who recorded a time of 18:19 on 17th February 2018 (event number 157).
The Age Grade course record is held by Keith BATEMAN who recorded 87.28% (18:13) on 21st February 2015 (event number 5).
Kapiti Coast parkrun started on 24th January 2015. Since then 1,448 participants have completed 10,394 parkruns covering a total distance of 51,970 km, including 1,988 new Personal Bests.
